Currently I only ship within and Canada and to the United States. If you are interested in ordering any of my products and you live outside of my normal shipping area, please contact me and I am certain we can work something out!

In order to place your order online and use Local Pickup & Delivery, please select the appropriate shipping method during the checkout process as shown below. Your shipping charge will be reduced to zero. In case of any unanticipated delays due to weather or sickness I will be certain to email or call you as soon as possible.

The total shipping time for your order is the Handling Time here at Simply Ducky plus the delivery estimate listed below. All orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out on the following Monday & Tuesday in the order in which they were received.

Orders of any regularly stocked items that tends to hang about the workshop and is received by noon on any business day will be shipped out no later then by noon the following business day (excepting Holidays). Please note that special or custom orders may require additional time as noted here. I am not responsible for the crankiness of items that did not get enough sleep the night before they ship.

I am more then happy to work with you in regards to any special shipping requirements that you might have. Please contact me with any concerns and I am certain we can find a solution. Special shipping requirements will likely require additional handling time.

All items will be securely padded, wrapped, and patted on the head prior to being packed in order to protect them as they travel through the postal system.

All orders will be insured against damage or loss while in transit and tracking information provided whenever available (please see above chart for availability). During cold weather all mittens will be attached with a length of string to keep them close at hand.

I promise to do my best to ensure that you receive your order in a timely fashion from Simply Ducky. Should there be any delays in shipping due to product availability, local weather conditions, or products running and hiding under the bed, I will be certain to notify you by email, phone, or smoke signal in a timely fashion.

I am not responsible for delays or any fees due to border crossings. Sometimes items like to hang out at the border for awhile and sight-see. To help lessen the amount of time spent at border crossings all packages will have the proper customs declaration clearly afixed and I will no longer be poking peep-holes in the boxes.
