All payment information will be securely handled by PayPal - a company with a long reputation of safely and securely handling online transactions. For security reasons no financial information is processed or handled on my end. All transactions are handled safely using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption - the same security that protects users of online banking, debit, and credit card machines (see below).
The only personnel information that will be retained by Simply Ducky is the contact and shipping information for each customer. Customer contact information will be securely stored and will never be sold or divulged to a third party.

Returns Policy
Every product that I make is carefully checked before it is considered fit for sale. My rule of thumb is that if I wouldnt want to buy it myself then it simply does not leave my workshop. I treat my products with as much care as possible and I am always concerned about product quality.
If you have purchased one of my products or received one as a gift and you believe it to be defective, please contact me soon as possible to arrange an exchange. In order to ensure the highest quality of goods for my customers, I thoroughly inspect any defective products and would appreciate a complete description of any flaws.
Soy Candles
It is exceptionally important that if you have not burned a Soy Candle before that you read the instructions included with the candle (or, alternatively check out my FAQ on candle usage on The Blog) regarding the proper way to burn a candle. Improper use of my Soy Container Candles can result in only twelve - thirteen hours of use (as opposed to the typical forty-five hours) and does not reflect a flaw in the product. Improperly used candles are not normally valid for an exchange, but if you are a first time candle user please contact me and I am sure we can work something out. |
