    I am happy to be able to accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover) for online payments as well as direct payments from PayPal account holders.
    For all direct sales (such as at the Antigonish Farmer’s Market) I am only able to accept cash payment at this time.
    All payment information will be securely handled by PayPal – a company with a long reputation of securely handling online transactions.
    For security reasons no financial information is processed or handled on my end. All transactions are handled safely using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption – the same security that protects users of online banking, debit, and credit card machines.
    The only personnel information that will be retained by Simply Ducky is the contact and shipping information for each customer. Customer contact information will be securely stored and will never be sold or divulged to a third party.

    Shipping Methods & Local Pickup

    Currently I only ship within and Canada and to the United States. If you are interested in ordering any of my products and you live outside of my normal shipping area, please contact me and I am certain we can work something out!
    AFM
    Pick up is available at the Antigonish Farmer’s Market every Saturday from early May through to the last Saturday before Christmas. See Antigonish Farmer’s Market for Market hours and dates.

    Shipping within Canada and the United States is handled through Canada Post. Scroll down for a list of rates.
    Acadian
    Same-day shipping to the neighboring town of New Glasgow, Nova Scotia is available through Acadian Lines. Scroll down for additional details.
    St FX
    I make deliveries within Antigonish Town, Lower South River, and the St. FX Campus every week (typically Wednesday) at no fee.
    Please note that requests for local delivery should be made no later then Tuesday for same week delivery.

    LOCAL shipping

    Your shipping charge will be reduced to zero. In case of any unanticipated delays due to weather or sickness I will be certain to email or call you as soon as possible.

    Shipping Policy

    I promise to do my best to ensure that you receive your order in a timely fashion from Simply Ducky. Should there be any delays in shipping due to product availability or local weather conditions, I will be certain to notify you by email or phone in a timely fashion.
    Orders of regularly stocked items received by noon on any business day will be shipped out no later then by noon the following business day (excepting Holidays). Please note that special or custom orders may require additional time as noted here.
    All orders will be insured against damage or loss in transit and tracking information provided when available (please see above chart for availability).
    All items will be securely packed and wrapped to protect them as they travel through the postal system.
    I am not responsible for delays or any fees due to border crossings! Sometimes packages like to hang out at the border for awhile…
